YouthPGH
YouthPGH started with a need for cross-system youth in Allegheny County to better understand the foster care system. The youth guide was developed with the help of local youth to fill the gap. From there, materials focused on supporting local youth and a website full of resources was born.
The youth guide served as the inspiration for the visual direction of all materials that were developed surrounding Youth PGH. Allegheny County youth played a big role in helping to develop the visuals through multiple interactive workshops that allowed for the development of materials that young people could relate to. Designs feature bright colors, bold fonts and custom illustrations to really speak to the youth in Allegheny County. Materials developed included print collateral, social media graphics and the youthPGH website.
