Allegheny County Emergency Rental Assistance (ERAP)

The ERAP project started in the midst of the pandemic as people in Allegheny County struggled to keep up on their rent because of COVID-19. The challenge was developing a campaign to engage and educate the community about the program and create a way for people to access the application to receive help.

The ERAP project included various print pieces, outdoor advertising, a social media plan as well as a fully functioning responsive website that was informative and served as a front door to apply for emergency rental assistance. For the visual design of the campaign, we focused on simple, bold typography as well as photography of families that the community could relate to as real-life neighbors.
